Senior Manager, Customer Experience

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Customer & Digital Services practice in Toronto. As a leader in our Financial Services sector, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of high performers in delivering client engagements and shaping outstanding work products.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and win new clients.
- Create and implement practice development initiatives to drive growth and innovation.
- 7+ years of experience delivering client service excellence, with at least 3 years in a professional services firm.
- Experience in project management, specifically delivering milestone-driven projects.
- Strategic and intellectual thinker with expertise in digital experience, strategy, technology, and process.
- Ability to research, curate, and synthesize complex data sets to inform CX and Digital transformation plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior-level audiences.
