Job Title: Corporate Securities Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Securities Compliance Specialist to join our team at Linds & Associates Ltd. As a key member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be responsible for supporting a broad range of securities compliance matters, including filings with the OSC, SEC, TSX, and NYSE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing of quarterly and annual continuous disclosure documents, including press releases, financial statements, and related matters.
  • Routine coordination with external parties, such as transfer agents and commercial printers, and internal teams, including Finance, Investor Relations, and Tax.
  • General support with equity compensation administration, including DSUs, RSUs, PSUs, and stock options.
  • Maintaining minute books, completing provincial and state filings, and maintaining corporate records.
Requirements:
  • Community College Diploma or Certificate in Legal Administration or Law Clerk.
  • 5+ years of work-related experience, preferably within a sophisticated public company or recognized law firm.
  • Understanding of stock exchange and securities commission requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
