We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer with expertise in microservices architecture to join our team at Element Fleet Management. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative web applications.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain web applications using React with exposure to Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and other modern technologies. Strong knowledge of front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, and NuGet is essential. Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostGres and MongoDB is also required.

In this role, you will collaborate with team leads, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver high-quality code and ensure the quality and delivery of code for our projects. You will be responsible for integrating with back-end services using RESTful APIs, JSON, and other data formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, Angular, Java, C#, and other modern technologies.
  • Integrate with back-end services using RESTful APIs, JSON, and other data formats.
  • Collaborate with team leads, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
  • Ensure the quality and delivery of code for our projects.

A Day in the Life:

  • Implement front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, C#, Spring Boot, and other modern technologies.
  • Integrate with back-end services using RESTful APIs, JSON, etc.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests during code development.
  • Optimize the stack for performance, security, and scalability within new projects and existing code.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, JS.
  • Experience with Angular, Java, C#, and other modern technologies.
  • Integrated with strongly-typed OOP back-end language.
  • Web development tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, NuGet, etc.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostGres, MongoDB, etc.
  • Experience with Git as a version control tool and a branching methodology such as GitFlow.
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Experience with developing net new microservices.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins.

At Element Fleet Management, we offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience.
