The Role: Sales and GTM Analyst

We are AI Tech Suite, a leader in the healthcare AI space, and we're seeking a talented Sales and GTM Analyst to join our fast-paced sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts, analyzing market trends, and developing effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices to ensure AI Tech Suite remains at the forefront of innovation.
* Provide sales support, including sales meeting preparation, follow-ups, and overall account planning.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, business analysis, GTM strategy, consulting, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards is an asset.
* Experience with AI and AI-based software solutions is an asset.
