About the Role:

The Accreditation Decision Committee (ADC) Coordinator plays a key role in managing the ADC processes. This role focuses on delivering exceptional project management to support the decision-making processes for accreditation programs. Main Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the decision processes for accreditation programs in planning and implementation, maintaining a focus on quality while working efficiently to meet targets.
  • Provide advice and guidance on digital platforms and applications applicable to the ADC.
  • Collaborate internally to contribute positively to the culture of our workplace by staying positive, engaged, and energized by the difference you're making.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
  • Track, monitor, and communicate project progress, including the presentation of data to support projects.
  • Store and maintain project and program information for reference and retrieval by team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, facilitate cross-functional communication, and problem-solving.
  • Prepare presentations for the ADC team as needed.
  • Ensure service excellence and rapid response time for accreditation program needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and be proactive by nature.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as healthcare, social services, or business administration.
  • 3+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services, ideally within the field of healthcare or social services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in effectively communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify root causes of challenges and develop effective solutions in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate adeptness in a fast-paced environment and workflow optimization through Microsoft applications and digital tools.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Languages: English (essential) and French is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of key issues related to quality improvement in healthcare highly desirable as evidenced through experience or education.
  • Able to work in multiple databases. Proficiency in a comprehensive range of Microsoft applications, including Teams, Word, and Excel, and Smartsheet.
  • Can perform analysis of large amounts of data.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Tried and tested assessment, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • A Project Management training certificate, such as PMP, highly desired.
  • See challenges as opportunities to develop innovative solutions.
  • Have a demonstrated client service-minded aptitude.
  • Have experience and knowledge of the healthcare environment, locally or around the world.
