HVAC Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Operations Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a leader in the mechanical industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of field service tools, reviewing daily work reports, and managing warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise staff, including coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Recruit and hire personnel with a strong skillset in HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding.
  • Review technician schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed.
  • Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure safety programs are adhered to by all Service staff.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the mechanical industry (HVAC/Plumbing).
  • 5+ years of experience as a manager with strong leadership skills and work ethic.
  • 3+ years current experience with HVAC Operations.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HVAC & Plumbing functions.
