Healthcare Support Associate

AON Inc. is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to provide essential support services in a nursing home or home for the aged setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide vital sign checks, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain patient rooms and common areas by making beds, emptying bedpans, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
- Support Services: Prepare meal trays, serve meals, and transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
- Communication and Teamwork: Answer call signals to determine patients' needs, deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments, and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, judgment, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
