**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at our Tsawassen location in Delta, BC. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members, and fostering a positive environment that is focused on Always Customer First service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of retail staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and resources to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team member engagement.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal store presentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to drive business results and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Food Safe Certification.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
