Job Summary

Tight Lines Plumbing and Heating is seeking a skilled plumber to join our team. As a journeyman/woman plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size
Requirements
  • Plumber Trade Certification
  • Basic security clearance
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Tools
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working on construction sites, in commercial and residential settings, and in a variety of weather conditions.
