Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Pathologist who will be responsible for:
- Providing expert interpretation of anatomical and general pathology specimens;
- Collaborating with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely test results;
- Participating in the training of residents and medical students;
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in pathology through ongoing education and professional development.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Fellowship in Anatomical or General Pathology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent certification from the American Board of Pathology;
- Eligibility for independent licensure with the Canadian Physican's Hospitalist Society;
- Working knowledge of haematology, blood bank, microbiology, and clinical chemistry;
- Certification in Clinical Chemistry (CC) or equivalent;
- Dedicated to service excellence and exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills;
- Canadian Permanent Resident or citizen status.
