Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at FedEx Freight Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
