Commercial Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and support to our commercial activities at beBee Professionals in Trois-Riviéres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to the company's commercial activities, including reviewing and drafting contracts, and providing guidance on intellectual property law.
  • Research and analyze legal issues, and provide advice on legal risks and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Law degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, including contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
