About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Developer to join our Technology Solutions Team at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Sitecore solutions that meet the needs of our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with clients to determine their system needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop custom features using Sitecore features to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and integrate new features into the Sitecore platform.
  • Create and manage content workflows for efficient content management.
  • Implement customization features to optimize the user experience.
  • Manage the integration of third-party applications with Sitecore.
  • Participate in ongoing application maintenance support for existing solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience programming, developing, and implementing business applications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in developing Sitecore solutions.
  • Expertise with cloud-based systems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
  • Project experience with end-to-end solution implementation, including planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
  • Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, DevOps.
  • Strong interpersonal and business competencies, including teamwork, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including an ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree or certificate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Sitecore Certification.
