As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you'll conduct individual and group leisure/recreation therapy programs, including arts, cultural events, crafts, sports, music, cooking, gardening, and exercises. You'll also organize program spaces and equipment, accompany residents on outings, and ensure their participation and comfort.
