- Software Updates: Identify changes to existing course material based on regular updates to our software.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with quarterly priorities and initiatives.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain and/or edit the knowledge base of our software in the authoring tool (ClickLearn).
- Subject Matter Expert Support: Provide consultative help to district subject matter experts and end-users.
- Experience: 3 years of progressive experience in business analysis or a related discipline with a focus on training delivery and/or facilitation in a corporate environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to deliver an instructor-led course to a diverse group of participants with varying knowledge, experience, and backgrounds.
- Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization, with effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management to meet deadlines.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to learn new systems/information and teach, with critical-thinking skills, ability to research and analyze information, and exceptional team player with strong customer service orientation.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word) and other applicable systems.
