Job Title: Inventory Clerks Supervisor

Nerval Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerks Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Clerks Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our inventory management team, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory management plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure seamless inventory management and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  • Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members on inventory management procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Requisition and order inventory materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve inventory-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
