Truck Driver Position Available in Canada

Fries Tallman Lumber is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating trucks and transporting goods and materials across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety First: Ensure the safe operation of trucks and maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Goods Transportation: Load and unload goods at designated locations, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform thorough inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are roadworthy and in good condition.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with central dispatch and other stakeholders to coordinate transportation schedules and activities.
- Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 1 or A driver's license, as well as a Class 3 or D driver's license.
- Experience: Have experience driving heavy trucks and trailers, preferably in a similar industry.
- Certifications: Hold certifications related to hazardous materials handling and transportation.
- Competitive Salary: Earn an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
