At Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple Spirit Halloween stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide feedback to store managers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute visual merchandising, marketing, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical demands of the job require standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds.
