About the Role

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals
    • Manage and control financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Administrative Management
    • Oversee the establishment and management of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
    • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
