Main Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Trafigura Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and verifying business cases for change, completing business process analysis, and defining business and functional requirements. This will involve working closely with business stakeholders and sponsors to deliver complex software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with business stakeholders to determine and articulate business requirements.
  • Work with the functional architecture team to design solutions that optimize business processes, including screen design and usability.
  • Support development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and provide third-line support for production issues.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and support change management and training teams to prepare business stakeholders for process and functional change.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and mentor junior analysts.
