Job Description

V-CAN Engineering Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare and process invoices, cheques, and bank deposits
  • Conduct regular reconciliations and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses as required
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field
  • Diploma or certificate in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, accounting)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
