The Role
  • As Senior Clinical Director of Patient Care, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving strategic and operational leadership in clinical service delivery.
  • Your mandate will be to align with the hospital's mission to advance health and wellness across the community.

This role centers on spearheading clinical excellence, initiating cutting-edge projects that enhance operational efficacy, and championing the integration of innovative technology systems to streamline operations.

About You
  • You will be an accomplished physician leader and a professional staff member licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario or eligible for licensure.
Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
