Job Summary

The OCIO Advisor will lead and advise on strategic initiatives related to the Office of the CIO. This individual will have a deep understanding of OCIO processes, financial planning, budgeting, and business case validation. With experience across multiple clients and organizations, the ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to ensure the effective management and performance of OCIO functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support capital and operating planning processes for the OCIO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop, review, and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring accurate and timely submission and approval by senior stakeholders.
  • Validate business case benefits and ensure they align with strategic objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to OCIO activities.
  • Facilitate and lead monthly financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
  • Lead business process re-engineering efforts within the OCIO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
