Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Construction Labourer and Equipment Operator to join our team at Botros Kodi Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks, operating equipment, and contributing to the smooth operation of our construction sites.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position offering 30-40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. As a Construction Labourer and Equipment Operator, you will be working on various construction projects, including residential and commercial developments.

The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate or diploma but will be willing to learn and train on the job. You will work under pressure, handling heavy loads, and maintaining attention to detail in a physically demanding environment.

You will be required to load, unload, and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, as well as mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Your duties may also include assisting in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, leveling earth to fine grade specifications, assisting in demolishing buildings, cleaning and piling salvaged materials, performing routine maintenance work, and cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.

As an employee of Botros Kodi Construction Ltd., you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will receive free parking, transportation provided by the employer, and variable or compressed work weeks.
