Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Snore MD Sleep Apnea Clinic. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for performing various financial tasks, including general administrative duties, post journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliation, and preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in accounting and basic bookkeeping is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
