About the Role

The Brick is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products in a way that enhances the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain all merchandise and accessory displays on the showroom floor to ensure a cohesive and attractive visual presentation.
  • Arrange home furnishings and vendor displays in an attractive manner designed to enhance the appeal to purchase.
  • Create and implement new and innovative merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Construct and implement visual presentation displays for promotions and events to create a dynamic and engaging shopping environment.
  • Track and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure that our displays are always stocked and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field would be an asset.
  • Have an eye for interior decorating and a passion for creating visually appealing displays.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and great communication skills.
