We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Content Writer/Editor to join our dynamic team at Quadra. As a key member of our communications and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating French content to support internal and external communications, marketing strategies, and internal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write engaging and impactful French content for use in internal and external communications, marketing strategies, and internal documentation
  • Translate and adapt various texts created in English to produce French versions that accurately reflect the original meaning and tone
  • Collaborate in the design and creation of content for various projects
  • Proofread and edit content while respecting specific styles
  • Contribute to the development of communication plans using various mediums and platforms (intranet, website, social media, press releases, etc.)
  • Revise and ensure the quality of communications and translations produced by other contributors
  • Work collaboratively with various internal departments to support communication efforts and ensure consistency in French style and terminology (sales, human resources, quality/regulatory affairs, marketing, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Translation, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years' experience writing and editing French content for diverse audiences
  • Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, with expert level of French being a must
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting communication initiatives
  • Familiarity with various communication mediums and platforms
  • Good marketing sense; a creative, sales-oriented side that makes your texts stand out from the crowd
  • Excellent time management, project management and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a technologically advanced environment and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
