About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Brand Consultant, providing expert advice and guidance to departments handling employer/employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a productive and harmonious working environment in our departments, boards, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert advice and guidance on employment relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
* Develop and implement training programs to promote positive workplace relationships
* Collaborate with departments to resolve conflicts and improve communication
* Stay up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology, or Labour Law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate in French (one of Nunavut's official languages)
* Knowledge of Inuit communities, culture, and land, Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit, and Inuktut
