Salary

The base pay for this role is in the range of $16.50 - $19.42 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and team-based bonuses.

Job Description

As a Caregiver at Brookdale, you will provide direct care to residents, recognizing their individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
  • Helping residents with household tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes
  • Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
