About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Fieldworker to join our team at BHINDER FARM.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent position requiring a candidate who is willing to relocate and has flexibility in their work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Hoeing and Crop Maintenance: Apply the technique of hoeing between rows, ensuring crops receive optimal care.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Seedling Harvesting and Planting: Harvest seedlings and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops as needed.
- Weeding and Brush Management: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas, promoting healthy growth and preventing damage.
- Crop Handling: Harvest crops, utilizing proper techniques to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will train.
- Experience: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to relocate for this position.
This role requires working 40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $44,000 - $56,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
