Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Associate to help manage partner relationships, guide the software partner program, and coordinate software integration projects with key strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the growth of Texada Pay, our key payment product, by working closely with our payments partner and implementation team.
  • Champion our open API partnership program, improving the process for scale, including sourcing and activating partners, streamlining the partner onboarding process, and collaborating with revenue generation and implementation teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, sales, professional services, support, and marketing, to meet business objectives.
  • Be a trusted, strategic advisor to partners, collect their feedback, and advise the product team on strategy related to APIs and where partners can help fulfill product gaps.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and Texada teams to build and simplify processes that drive onboarding, sales, marketing, integration, and implementation.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key success metrics to develop and execute against goals internally and with partners.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2B consulting, customer success, partnership development, account management, and/or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and growing partnerships or customer relationships across diverse organizations.
  • Able to work with all levels of individuals within an organization, up to C-suite leaders, with proven experience supporting clients and executives.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of integrity with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Committed to results with a bias for speed and action with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
