The Role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to fill a full-time position. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert clinical services to our patients, including medication reviews, health risk assessments, and disease state management. You will also be responsible for counseling patients on new therapies and educating them on proper medication use.

  • Provide patient counseling and education on new medications and therapies
  • Initiate and follow up on care plans, ensuring proper documentation
  • Participate in professional programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends/developments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador
