About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at DENG'S FOOD SERVICES CO. LTD. as a Restaurant Server.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Taking and Payment: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
  • Menu Presentation: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and communicate with customers regarding their orders and any issues.
Personal Qualities
  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Initiative: Take initiative to ensure that customer needs are met and that the restaurant runs smoothly.
