Exam Proctor

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking a casual Exam Proctor to assist with the administration of exams for our students. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and support the academic success of our students.

As an Exam Proctor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Invigilating exams for streaming video students, ensuring that all testing protocols are followed.
• Ensuring the integrity of the exam process, preventing any form of cheating or unauthorized assistance.
• Providing clear instructions and answering questions from students during the exam.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
