Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate a truck to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.

  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and cargo information.
  • Communication: Relay information to central dispatch and receive updates on cargo and transportation.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Certifications: A valid Class 1 or A driver's license is necessary.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and sit for extended periods.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn the job requirements.
