Artistic Craftsmen Wanted

At Westridge Painting & Coating Ltd, we're seeking highly skilled artistic craftsmen to join our team of professionals. As a painter with us, you'll be working on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, ensuring top-notch finishes and exceeding client expectations.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including transportation provided by the employer and 35-40 hours of work per week.

We're looking for individuals who possess excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colours. If you have experience in painting, wallpapering, and other related tasks, we'd love to hear from you

• Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
• Repair cracks and holes to create a seamless look.
• Mix paint to the desired colour and texture.
• Erect scaffolding and swing stages, as well as attach rigging, to ensure safe access to high areas.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Estimate costs and materials for each project.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have at least 7 months of experience in painting or a related field.
• Be physically fit and able to handle up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight.
• Own steel-toed safety boots.
• Demonstrate excellent client focus, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
