Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at MindJeweller Services Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in various settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Help patients with mobility and transfer activities.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment:
