Relief Support Specialist

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation is seeking a Relief Support Specialist to provide general relief in support of line positions under daily direction.
Job Responsibilities- Provide relief in support of line positions during breaks as assigned, ensuring seamless operations and meeting production targets.
- Perform general clean-up and utility duties, including sweeping floors, cutting/moving lawns, picking up trash, painting, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Assist with other tasks as necessary, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to company rules and regulations at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- A minimum of 3 months of experience in a similar role is required, showcasing ability to perform key responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety.
The Relief Support Specialist will work in a plant environment, requiring physical stamina and the ability to navigate various areas of the facility.
Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
