About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team at Rokt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to increase closed-won Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and achieve revenue targets.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels including digital, email, social media, events, affiliate marketing, and more.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and priorities, and ensuring seamless handoff of leads from marketing to sales.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms HubSpot and lead-flow management systems required.
  • Extensive analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting on Hubspot to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
