We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at Nu-Way Personnel Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. They will also be required to prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other statistical reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other statistical reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Quick Books.
