Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Badesha Bros Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Clean and maintain heavy equipment, including cranes, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with attention to detail.
  • Operate locomotive cranes to move objects and materials at railway yards with safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to frame houses, erect walls, and build roofs, adhering to construction plans.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, prioritizing safety and environmental responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Will train on the job, so prior experience is not necessary.
  • Permanent employment opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
  • English language proficiency is required for effective communication.
  • 35-40 hours of work per week, with a regular schedule.
