Job Title: Exhaust Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exhaust Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at TripleClean Exhaust Maintenance Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including steam cleaners, pressure washers, and hydroblasters
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in cleaning or maintenance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
Work Environment:

Our team works in a variety of settings, including industrial facilities, offices, and outdoor locations. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing environments and work in a fast-paced setting.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 30-35 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
