Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Labour & Delivery unit at qathet General Hospital in Powell River, BC. As a Registered Nurse - Obstetrics/Medical/Surgical, you will provide advanced perinatal nursing care to expectant clients and other assigned medical/surgical patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of clients and provide nursing care to assigned patients
- Enhance quality of life from the perspective of the client/family
- Consult, confer, and collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Maintain and advance your own clinical competence
- Participate on designated hospital committees/teams and approved research projects
This is a regular full-time position with a standard hours/week of 37.50. The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr.

Qualifications- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Completion of a recognized advanced nursing specialty program in perinatal nursing or two (2) years' recent, related experience
