About You:

  • Laser-focused with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Natural ability to build authentic client relationships.
  • Mastery of time management, prioritizing workload while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Current insurance broker license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
  • 2-3 years of commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that drives client retention.
  • Identify clients' business challenges and serve as a client advocate.
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs, utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
