About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix - Spruce Grove. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our inventory management systems, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through our electronic commerce platform.
  • Inventory Management: Operate our inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate sales records.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise to attract customers.
Work Environment

As a Sales Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
