About the Role

This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will work closely with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming environment that meets our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
  • Certified Food Safety Certificate an asset
