About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for helping others to a dynamic and growing healthcare organization. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist II, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, utilizing the latest technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory procedures, including blood banking, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology.
  • Work closely with patients, laboratory and hospital personnel, and medical staff to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Develop and maintain effective work relations with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological developments in the field and apply new knowledge and skills to improve laboratory processes and patient care.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program.
  • Eligibility for certification from the Canadian Society of Laboratory Technologists.
