Job Requirements

What you will bring to the table:

  • Post-secondary diploma in environmental science, hydrology, physical geography, earth science, chemistry, water resources, or equivalent areas of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contaminated sites.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, track progress on multiple tasks, manage logistics, and meet budgets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the contaminated sites regulatory environment in BC, including the Environmental Management Act and the Contaminated Sites Regulation, and experience with sampling protocols.
  • Registered or eligible for registration with a relevant professional body or equivalent Federal certification body.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, with proficiency in word processing, data analysis, and data presentation.
  • Willingness to travel and work remotely.
