Job Title: Apprentice Motor Vehicle Mechanic

GORILLA TRANSPORT is seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Motor Vehicle Mechanic to join our team. As an Apprentice Motor Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for assisting experienced technicians in the repair and maintenance of commercial transport trucks and automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical issues with commercial transport trucks and automotive systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Assist in the inspection and testing of mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Participate in the repair and replacement of parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair techniques
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
