Your primary responsibilities will include translating software requirements into workable programming code, maintaining and developing programs for business automation, configuration management, and workflow development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of APIs and web applications
* Participate in the development and testing of technical updates to the T24 Banking System
* Complete interface updates, modifications, automation of services, and development
* Review programs for corrections and enhancements or environment changes
* Ensure and confirm parametrization changes in T24 are complete
* Apply your expertise in documenting requirements and RFPs for existing and new clients
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and services that impact member and employee experience
* Maintain user manuals and training materials
* Ensure FirstOntario's data integrity standards

Requirements:

* Post-secondary diploma or degree in computer science or equivalent
* Minimum 8 years of working knowledge of Java, APIs, mobile development,.NET
* Training and experience in Temenos T24 software support and development considered an asset
* Understanding of System Develop Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
* Knowledge of application development best practices
* Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to provide strong member experience
* Awareness of and mitigation of enterprise risk factors
